Do I need to let my utility providers know when I move in?

Yes, it is important that all tenants make the utility providers aware of their Check in dates.

I have a maintenance issue. What should I do?

Please request a repair by filling out our form online, and a member of staff will get in touch shortly.

As a tenant am I allowed to make any changes to the property?

You will need to get in touch with the office and provide detailed information of what changes you would like to make. Any changes made without consent would make the tenant in breach of contract.

How often is our property inspected?

We conduct two inspections annually. Any issues prior to your inspection please get in touch with the Ambrose Maintenance team.

Who do I contact incase of an emergency?

Aswell as contacting the relevant emergency services. It is important that you make Ambrose Housing aware of the emergency immediately.
